Why Connections for Development? What do we understand by Education and Development?

Education:

It is the fundamental starting point for all transformation processes that allow human beings to reach their maximum potential and their maximum level of fulfillment in life (Universal Declaration of Human Rights).

Development:

It is the improvement in the quality of life of communities that results from the social, economic, and political transformations that are achieved jointly by the actors of a territory, based on the principle of trust, reaching higher levels of satisfaction and happiness (UNDP).
